Born in Beja, played Handball for many years before converting to Ultimate Frisbee.
Perennial Portuguese Ultimate champion and current National team coach.
 Areas of Interest
Exercise physiology, cardiovascular and respiratory interactions in health and disease,
effects of respiratory training on disease and sports performance, sport performance
analysis, physical exercise in rehabilitation and sports performance.
